Autumn Tress & Rainbow Colors

I was fortunate this month to have two paintings accepted into the 64th Parallel Juried Exhibit in the Bear Gallery at the Fairbanks Arts Association at Pioneer Park, “Flowing Waters” and “September Gold”. The show will hang until October 27, 2018, if you would like to see them.  Also, two of my paintings are currently hanging at the Alaska House Art Gallery on 10th and Cushman, “Autumn Trees and “Rainbow Colors”. They are now on winter hours.  I hope if you have not had a chance to visit either gallery recently, that you will take advantage of our pleasant fall weather and do so.

January FWS Meeting

I attended the January 2016 Fairbanks Watercolor Society meeting last night and enjoyed a very informative presentation by Jill Marshall on creating cards from your original artwork.

Fairbanks Watercolor Society 2014 Exhibit

These are a few of the Fairbanks Watercolor Society members at the Well Street Art Company last Sunday during intake of paintings for the annual Fairbanks Watercolor Society Exhibit.  It opens this Friday, March 7, 2014, with a reception from 5-8pm.  The show will hang for the month of March.

Demo at Alaska House Art Gallery

I will be at the Alaska House Art Gallery again this Saturday, March 16, 1-3pm, here in Fairbanks. I very much enjoyed doing a demonstration painting last weekend and talking with viewers about my current show there.
